Welcome

We are currently maintaining the number of patients on our list and may not be able to accept new patients. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and,   You’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Named GPs for all patients

All patients have now been allocated a named GP. Your named GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you normally do.

To find out your named GP please come into the surgery and ask at Reception, or email your request to banbury.hc@nhs.net

Choose Well Campaign

An education campaign, known as ‘Choose Well’ was launched earlier this month to help people understand where to go for urgent health advice. A Choose Well App is also available which signposts people to local health services with information about when the services are open and how to find the service closest to you.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

Online records

Patient Online -

Patient online services include booking appointments online and ordering repeat prescriptions.  Many patients already use the appointment service and repeat prescription service.  We changed our appointment system on the 1st June 2017.  You will be asked to re-register for this service.   Application forms are available from reception or to download here.  Once you have completed the application, you will need to bring it back with TWO forms of ID, one being PHOTO ID.  Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed and then you will be able to pick up your Log-on details from Reception.  It is your responsibility to keep this secure.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Recently re-inspected on 10/10/2017 and overall CQC rating is GOOD.

Full report to be published soon.
